Jtek ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Jtek CRM platform, available at jtek.pro and app.jtek.pro. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
By accessing or using Jtek, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service. We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
We collect information you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of the service, and information from third-party integrations you authorize.
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe).
Usage data: We automatically collect data about how you interact with the service, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and device/browser information.
Contact and lead data: You may input or import contacts, leads, and communications into Jtek. This data belongs to you. We process it only to deliver the service.
Integration data: When you connect third-party services (such as Facebook, Google, or your calendar), we receive data from those services as authorized by you during the OAuth connection process.

Service providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors to help operate the platform, including cloud hosting (AWS), payment processing (Stripe), transactional email (SendGrid), and SMS delivery (Twilio). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to perform services on our behalf.
Third-party integrations: When you connect an integration (e.g., Facebook, Google), data is exchanged with that service as required to enable the functionality you've authorized.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Jtek or its users.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain your account information and data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for account recovery. After that period, we delete or anonymize your data unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@jtek.pro. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
