How to connect your calendar.

Sync Google or Outlook, set your availability, and share a booking link so contacts can self-schedule straight into your calendar.

Step 1

Open Calendars.

From the left sidebar, click Calendars. This is where you manage every booking calendar — personal, team, class-based, and round-robin.

Step 2

Create your calendar.

Click + Create Calendar. Pick a type:

  • Personal — just you (most common for 1:1 calls)
  • Round Robin — rotates bookings across team members
  • Collective — requires everyone to be available
  • Class — group bookings for events or webinars

Name it something a client will see — like "15-min intro call" or "Consultation" — not internal jargon.

Step 3

Set your availability.

Pick which days and hours you'll take bookings. You can set different hours per day — and block out things like lunch or Fridays off. Jtek will only show bookable slots inside these windows.

Batch your calls: instead of "9–5 every day," try something like "Tue/Thu 10am–1pm only." Forces prospects to book in your focus windows and leaves the rest of your week for deep work.

Step 4

Connect Google or Outlook.

Under the Connections tab, link your real calendar. This does two things:

  • Checks for conflicts — Jtek blocks out times you already have meetings on your real calendar
  • Creates events — every Jtek booking auto-creates an event on your Google/Outlook calendar with the contact's details

Click Connect, sign in, and approve the permissions. Takes under 30 seconds.

Share your booking link.

Under the Share tab, grab your unique booking URL. Paste it in emails, SMS follow-ups, your email signature, website, and automation messages. When contacts click it, they see a branded calendar page with only your real availability.

Automation idea: wire your booking link into a merge field and drop it in every SMS template. Clients can book in one tap, straight from their text — no website round-trip.
