Prep your Instagram account.
Instagram only lets 3rd-party apps access Business or Creator accounts — and only if that account is linked to a Facebook page. If you haven't done these two things yet:
- Open Instagram → Settings → Account → Switch to Business (or Creator). It's free.
- In the same Account settings, link your Facebook page.
Once both are done, open Jtek and go to Settings → Integrations. Find the Facebook card (not Instagram) and click Connect — the Instagram connection rides on top of it.
Authorize Facebook.
A Facebook popup opens. Log in if prompted, then review what Jtek is asking for. Leave every toggle on — if you turn off Instagram permissions here, DMs won't route back to Jtek.
Click Continue as [your name], then Save.

Pick your page & done.
Jtek pulls up every Facebook page you admin. Pick the one linked to your Instagram Business account. Hit Confirm, and Jtek wires up both Facebook and Instagram at the same time.
