Available Native Integrations
Jtek connects natively with the most common tools in a real estate and service business stack — no coding required for the most important ones.
- Go to Settings > Integrations — The Integrations page shows all available connections with their current status: Connected (green), Not Connected (gray), or Requires Setup (yellow).
- Calendar integrations — Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Connecting these lets Jtek check your real availability before allowing bookings. Appointments booked via Jtek appear in both places.
- Lead source integrations — Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram, and Google My Business. These pull new leads directly into Jtek contacts the moment someone fills out a form on your ads or profile.
- Payment integrations — Stripe. Once connected, you can send payment links via SMS or email directly from Jtek and track payment status on each contact's record.
- Automation integrations — Zapier and Webhooks. These let you connect Jtek to thousands of other apps — from spreadsheets and CRMs to Slack and project management tools.
Connecting Google Calendar
Once connected, Jtek checks your Google Calendar for existing events before allowing bookings — so you'll never get double-booked.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar — Click the Google Calendar tile. A modal opens explaining what access you're granting.
- Click "Connect Google Calendar" — You'll be redirected to Google's OAuth screen. Sign in with the Google account whose calendar you want to sync.
- Grant the requested permissions — Jtek needs read access to check your availability and write access to add booked appointments. Click "Allow."
- Select which calendar to sync — If your Google account has multiple calendars (personal, work, team), choose the one that reflects your true availability. Jtek will check this calendar before confirming bookings.
- Test the connection — Go to your Jtek booking link and try to book a time that's already blocked on your Google Calendar. If the slot shows as unavailable, the integration is working correctly.
Connecting Facebook Lead Ads
Pull new leads from your Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns directly into Jtek contacts — the moment they submit a lead form.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Facebook — Click the Facebook tile. You'll be prompted to connect your Facebook Business account.
- Authorize with Facebook — Click "Connect Facebook" and log into your Facebook account. Grant Jtek access to manage your Pages and Lead Ads.
- Select your Ad Account and Page — Choose which Facebook Ad Account and Page to link. If you run ads for multiple businesses, select the correct one for this Jtek account.
- Map your form fields — Facebook Lead Ad forms often have custom field names. Jtek will ask you to map each field to a Jtek contact field: First Name → First Name, Phone Number → Phone, Email Address → Email. Do this for each active lead form.
- Test with a lead form submission — Facebook has a "Lead Ads Testing Tool" in your Business Suite. Submit a test lead and confirm it appears in Jtek Contacts within 60 seconds. Also confirm any automation you set up (like a welcome SMS) fires correctly.
Using Zapier for Custom Integrations
Zapier connects Jtek to thousands of apps — from Google Sheets and Slack to HubSpot, Mailchimp, and beyond — without writing a single line of code.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Zapier — Click the Zapier tile and generate your Jtek API key. Copy it — you'll paste it into Zapier when setting up your first Zap.
- Log into your Zapier account — Go to zapier.com and create a new Zap. Search for "Jtek" in the app search.
- Choose a Trigger from Jtek — Common Jtek triggers in Zapier: New Contact Created, New Appointment Booked, Opportunity Stage Changed, Form Submitted. Select one and authenticate with your API key.
- Choose an Action in another app — Example: New Contact in Jtek → Create Row in Google Sheets. Or: Form Submitted in Jtek → Send a message in Slack channel #new-leads.
- Test and turn on your Zap — Zapier will walk you through a test using real data from your Jtek account. Once the test succeeds, click "Publish" to activate the Zap.
Connecting Stripe for Payments
Link your Stripe account to send payment links via SMS or email and track who's paid — all from inside Jtek.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Stripe — Click the Stripe tile. You'll be redirected to Stripe's OAuth flow.
- Sign in or create a Stripe account — If you don't have a Stripe account yet, you can create one for free at stripe.com. You'll need your business info and bank account details to start receiving payments.
- Authorize the connection — Stripe will ask you to confirm you want to connect your Stripe account to Jtek. Click "Connect." You'll be redirected back to Jtek with a "Connected" status showing.
- Send your first payment link — Open any contact → click "Send Payment" → enter the amount and description → click Send. Jtek generates a Stripe payment link and sends it via SMS or email to that contact.
- Track payment status — On the contact's record, you'll see a "Payments" section showing all sent payment links, their amounts, and status (Pending, Paid, Failed). Paid invoices are also logged in the contact's activity feed.
