Funnel Templates

Start with a professionally designed template and customize it to your brand.

Available Templates

Jtek includes a library of professionally designed funnel templates covering the most common lead generation and sales use cases. Start with one instead of a blank canvas to save hours of layout work.

  1. Lead Capture (opt-in + thank you) — The most common funnel type. An opt-in page that collects name, email, and phone in exchange for a free resource, report, or consultation offer. Includes a branded thank-you page.
  2. Webinar Registration — A registration page for a live or recorded webinar, with countdown timer, speaker bio, and what-you'll-learn bullets. Includes confirmation and reminder email setup.
  3. Appointment Booking — Combines a brief landing page with an embedded Jtek calendar so leads can read your offer and book their call on the same page.
  4. Free Resource Download — A dedicated page for a PDF guide, checklist, or report. Lead submits their email and the resource is delivered automatically via email.
  5. Product Launch — A multi-step funnel for launching a paid product or service: sales page → order form → thank you / upsell. Supports product checkout if you have payments configured.

Tip: Start with the Lead Capture template for your first funnel. It's the most battle-tested layout, works for virtually any offer, and takes under an hour to customize and publish.

Loading a Template

Templates are loaded when you create a new funnel. Instead of starting blank, you choose a template and Jtek pre-populates all the pages, sections, and layout for you.

  1. Go to Sites → Funnels → + New Funnel — Start a new funnel as you normally would.
  2. Click "Start from Template" instead of "Blank" — On the funnel creation screen, you'll see options to start blank or start from a template. Choose the template option.
  3. Browse by category — Filter the template gallery by category: Lead Capture, Booking, Webinar, etc. Click any template to see a larger preview.
  4. Preview the template — The preview shows you how both Step 1 and Step 2 (and any additional steps) look in desktop view. Scroll through the full page before committing.
  5. Click "Use This Template" — The template is loaded into your new funnel. All pages, sections, and placeholder content are ready for you to customize. The funnel is not yet published — you'll need to edit and then publish.
Tip: If you're not sure which template to use, preview 2–3 options before committing. The layout of a template is harder to change than the copy and colors — pick one whose structure fits your offer.

Replacing Template Content

Once the template is loaded, you'll replace all the placeholder text with your real copy. This is the most important step — the right words on your offer page matter more than the design.

  1. Click any text element to edit it inline — In the page builder, click directly on any headline, subheadline, bullet point, or body text. The element becomes editable in place.
  2. Replace the headline first — The main headline is the most read element on the page. Write a specific, benefit-driven headline: "Get Your Free Home Value Report in 48 Hours" beats "Welcome to Our Website."
  3. Replace subheadlines and body text — Work your way down the page. Replace every placeholder sentence with your actual copy. Read the template as a structure guide — don't necessarily keep the same number of words.
  4. Update the CTA button text — Click the button element and change the label from the template default to your specific call to action: "Get My Free Report," "Book My Consultation," "Yes, Sign Me Up," etc.
  5. Replace the thank-you page copy — Don't forget Step 2. Update the thank-you page headline ("You're all set!"), the body text explaining what happens next, and any additional offer or resource you're delivering.
Tip: Write your funnel copy before opening the builder. A Google Doc or note is faster for drafting than the builder interface. Copy and paste in once you've written everything.
4

Replacing Template Images

Templates come with placeholder or stock images. Swap them out for on-brand visuals — even a simple headshot or a photo of your market area makes the page feel real and trustworthy.

  1. Click any image element to select it — A menu or panel will appear with image options.
  2. Click "Change Image" — This opens the image upload panel. You can upload from your computer or browse Jtek's built-in stock photo library.
  3. Upload your brand images — Your headshot, office photo, local landmark, or branded graphics work well. Use high-resolution images (at least 1200px wide for full-width sections).
  4. Match your brand colors in the style panel — While editing any element, the right panel shows color options. Replace the template's accent colors with your own brand hex codes. Apply consistently across all buttons, highlights, and section backgrounds.
  5. Check image quality at full width — After uploading, preview the page at desktop width to confirm the image isn't blurry or stretched. Adjust the image positioning if the subject is being cropped.
Tip: A real photo of yourself converts better than any stock photo. People buy from people they recognize — even a simple, professional headshot on your funnel builds trust fast.
5

Saving Your Own Templates

Once you've built a funnel you're happy with, save it as a custom template so you can launch future campaigns in minutes instead of starting from scratch every time.

  1. Open your completed funnel — Go to Sites → Funnels and click the funnel you want to save as a template.
  2. Go to Funnel Settings — Click the Settings icon or the Settings tab at the top of the funnel view.
  3. Click "Save as Template" — In the settings, find the "Save as Template" option. Click it.
  4. Name your template — Give it a clear, descriptive name: "Buyer Lead Opt-In — Branded" or "Free Report Funnel — 2026 Version." Include any context that'll help you recognize it later.
  5. Access your custom templates — Next time you create a new funnel and choose "Start from Template," your saved templates will appear in a "My Templates" section at the top of the gallery. Select one to load your branded layout instantly.
Tip: Save a "base template" with your brand colors, fonts, and headshot already in place. Every new campaign starts from that base — you only need to change the headline and offer, not rebuild the design from zero.
